Please fill and read the document closely.
I. All materials are to be as specified unless told otherwise by agent and or owner and to be completed in a workmanlike time and manner. Any changes which are not stated above will be an extra and will be an additional charge than the price quoted above and to be paid prior to commencing job.
II. We do not move furniture please move any furniture prior to our installers showing up. We are not responsible for any damage if asked to move anything.
III. If any product is to be returned after placement of order, there will be a 25% restocking fee. All wood materials must acclimate for at least 72 hours prior to Installation.
IV. During construction, the level of dust will exceed higher than normal which is to be expected. Towell Sales will keep dust to a minimum as best as possible and takes no liability for higher-than-normal dust due to the work being done.
V. All contracts with pricing are void after 30 days if not signed and locked in with a deposit. If paid by check please be aware that if it is returned you will be charged $35.00 plus any bank charges caused by the return along with the original price of the check.
VI. All final payments need to be received on the day upon completion of job or it will be considered late.

VII. If owner and/or agent at any time decides change or add onto this scope of work, it, may result in a change of the start date, completion date, and the grand total.
VIII. If at any given time, there is a request of change owner must request the revision of scope of work in an email to info@towellsales.com
IX. All final payments need to be received on the day upon completion of job or it will be considered late.
