Just had 2 rooms and stairs installed. The price was fair. Tom was nice, explained everything that I would need to know being that this was my first time changing out my floors. I was undecided on my color choice and he was patient while I decided on what would look good now and maybe later when I decide to paint my walls. When his guys arrived they we're respectful, worked and did an amazing job. I'm happy with the outcome. I will surely be using Towell to install flooring for the rest of my home.

We hired Tom and his team to do vinyl plank flooring throughout our 2 story house as well as tile in our bathrooms. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were extremely accommodating. We hired him a week before we were having a wedding reception at our house, and he promised he would have the work done on time. He had a team of people working every day and sure enough he was able to finish just in time. We were very pleased with the work that they did. His workers were very professional and detailed, which I liked. We're definitely happy we chose Tom and team for the job, and would recommend him to others.

My husband and I bought our first home and the very first thing I wanted to change was the floors. We had a few people come give us quotes and tell us what I wanted was not possible. My husband heard of Tom from a coworker to we called him up and he came the next day. We said he could do everything I wanted, he explained everything very thoroughly and even talked me out of some really dark floors being on a small ranch. He ended up giving us the best price and started a few days after. My floors look amazing!!! I'm obsessed with them! Thanks guys!

Tom and his team did an amazing job on our floors and our kitchen remodel. Tom's truly an artist, and had excellent advice on kitchen details. The flooring we selected was discontinued before we placed our order, and he found us a very similar color and pattern to replace it, and didn't charge us extra even though it was slightly more expensive. He threw in extras here and there and went above and beyond just to make sure it was up to his standard. We've had many compliments on our new floor and kitchen. We couldn't be happier!

Towell Sales did an Amazing Job! Tom was very helpful and honest. after interviewing a few contractors i chose him and so glad i did my house looks great. one he finished a 7 day job in 3 days. two, he help me choose my flooring he was patient and not pushy. he explained the process and took his time at my appointment. three. he threw in some cleaning product and showed me how to clean it properly. three, 3 weeks later i accidentally spilled water and left it two days and it warped the laminate. he came back and replaced it at no charge since i had extra pieces and he was more concerned with my happiness than charging me his time or labor. no one does that these days. i recommend him you will be very happy you did. "My wife and I were looking to replace the carpet in our home. We had thought to do the rooms downstairs, but after talking to a neighbor, we decided to contact Tom and get a quote for the entire house. My neighbor is very much like me, picky! And he knows I am as well. Tom showed up on time and gave us a quote and were we pleasantly surprised. His team showed up early, ripping carpet and pad out first. Then the next day the install started. The work is top notch, they are great folks to work with. Tom is a bit pulled in many directions, but that simply tells me that so many others want his hardwood flooring installed.
Do it, You will be happy.
BTW, this will be messy, dusty and feel like it takes forever. But it only took a few days. So glad we did it!"

You'll notice I have another review from 2018 for Towell Flooring Sales but wanted to post another one as we are repeat customers. Tom did our downstairs flooring about a year and a half ago and we loved it so much that we decided to do our upstairs about a month ago. Another fantastic job!! We're thrilled with the results! Towell flooring just installed new vinyl flooring in my hallways, living room, kitchen and bathrooms, and installed baseboard, some recessed lighting, and took care of a couple other odds and ends for me. I was referred to them after I got an outrageously high quote from Empire, and I'm extremely happy they were. Towell did a lot more work and I saved thousands. The workers that came to my house were hardworking, professional and extremely polite. The work came out great, my wife and I are very happy.

"Hired Towell to come out and place the hard wood floors in my large addition. Floors look AMAZING! They did a beautiful job, very clean, work was done in a short amount of time, and the project was finished when promised. They were also very flexible with our crazy schedule and around our holiday travel plans. Would notice a subtle imperfection here and there after completion as would be expected from any large project, Tom was quick to come out and fix any issue practically the same day I would contact him. He also helped me finish a project in my laundry room that was abandoned by a previous contractor, and for a great price. I will be posting pictures as soon is the addition is complete. Plan on using Towell next year when I redo the floors in my kitchen and family room. I highly recommend"

Love our new flooring that was recently installed by one of Tom's crews. They removed approximately 400 sq feet of ceramic tile and 600 feet of carpet before installing our laminate flooring on our downstairs floor. The pattern, baseboards and transitions are beautiful and very professional-looking. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable.
